Our programs and posters featured the artwork of Diego Cardoso, who also happens to be the Executive Director of Planning and Implementation at LA County Metro Transit Authority. His art reflects his perspective of the city as a transportation planner. Stop by his gallery in the heart of Downtown to see more of his art work and pick up something really nice for your New Urbanist Friend.
You can also watch this short film made about Diego during the Festival’s Film Challenge.

Their Bike To Work line offers cool features for bicyclists like reflective lining, reversible pockets, a little bit of stretch in the fabric, and a bit of a higher waist in the back, so you are not flashing any drivers coming up behind you when you are hunched over your handle bars. Check out their clothes and gear. Beta Brand donated three gig bags as prizes to the Urbanism Filmmaking Challenge.
Momentum Magazine is the premier publication on Bicycling with Style. Patrons of our opening night reception of the 2015 New Urbanism Film Festival received a free copy of Momentum, which also featured articles on some of our speakers at the fest. They print two editions each year and have a monthly online publication. They offer great tips and tricks for bicyclists, thorough reviews of bikes and gear, and inspiring tales of bicyclists making a different in the world, two wheels at a time. A digital subscription is the perfect gift for stylish cyclist in your life.
