Submissions

   Do you have a feature film, short film, webseries, animation, short doc, video essay that explores the city?  That admires architecture? Argues for walk-ability?  Presents a solution for sprawl? Inspires civic pride? Whether it is a documentary, comedy, fiction or non-fiction, it is an important part of getting the message out that our cities are important and we can make them even better places to live, learn, work, shop, and play.

Submissions are now OPEN for the 5th Annual New Urbanism Film Festival.

Submissions close on July 31st.

A list of accepted entries will be posted on September 1st.

We hope to see you at the festival in Los Angeles October 2017.

   Over the past four years we have been culling a library of films that showcase the city as an important cultural hub of communities.  These videos, short films, and feature length films highlight all of the different aspects of urban living.  With categories ranging from Architecture and Street Design to Urban Gardening and Bike Lanes, the New Urbanism Film Festival represents the entirety of the urban renaissance.
