Submissions are coming in from all over the world for the 3rd Annual New Urbanism Film Festival. The festival will be held in Los Angeles October 8-11. Submissions are open until June 30 for feature films and July 31 for short films.
The New Urbanism Film Festival showcases short and feature length films that inspire and celebrate quality urban design. Films tell stories of people making a difference in their city. Whether it is one individual replacing their lawn with native plants, or a master planner developing a new green code, people can change the shape of their city.
The Festival screens films in the following categories: Architecture, Bicycling, Business Development, Public Transportation, Tactical Urbanism, Urban Design, Urban Farming, and Walkability.
